Return / Refund Policy
We are fully dedicated to your health, pleasure, and satisfaction. Our products are rigorously tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected prior to shipping. In the unlikely event that you have an issue with your product and perhaps need a replacement or a refund, we’ll do our best to make this happen.
Unfortunately, given the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept the return of items that have been opened, part-consumed, or used.
If you would like to raise a return / refund request:
Please submit a return request within 48 hours of receipt of the package, and be sure to include your Order ID. To verify the condition of the product, we may need you to share images or video. If approved, we will reach out to you to initiate the refund/exchange process. While we are happy to arrange a return/refund, we will ask you to cover all shipping costs (Rs.70 for initial shipment and Rs. 140 for return shipment and processing).
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel an order until it has been packed at our warehouse through our Website, Mobile Site or App. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
If you had placed the order using Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded at our end as you haven’t paid for the order yet. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking or Wallets you will receive a refund (Including Shipping Charges) into the source account within 7-10 business days.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an unopened and unused product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we’ll be happy to help you.
